Keva Repurchase Plan

Purchase made by distributors for themselves is counted as Personal volume in the group volume of the total group sales. It will be allocated to facilitate commission payout in a manner that the distributor gets the advantage.

In this plan every Product will have its Own Business Point . One Business Point = 1 Rupees.

In this plan company will distribute all the Business points to the Its Members

For Example – KAMD 50 ml having MRP of RS 715/- will be given 400 Business Points

Below Mention is the Detail of 82% Distribution of Purchase point on a Product.

1. Retail Profit.  
2. Team Performance Bonus 50% of business point value
3. Royalty Club 8% of business point value
4. Star Club 2% of business point value
5. Foreign Tour Club 2% of business point value
6. Car Club 2% of business point value
7. House Club 2% of business point value
8. Director Club 6% of business point value
9. President club 8% of business point value
10. Chairman Club 2% of business point value
Total 82% of business point value

2) Team Performance Bonus (with Accumulation - 50% of Business Point Value)

Distributor - (10% of Business Point Value)
For example :- if a distributor made self repurchase of KAMD 50 ml he will get income of 10 %  of Business Point. It’s Already mention that one Business Point = 1 Rupee and One KAMD 50 ml having 400 Business Points
On Repurchase of 10 KAMD 50 ml in a month distributor will get 4000 Business Points and He will get Income of Rs 400/- (i.e. 4000 x 10%)
One KAMD 50 ml = 400 Business Point so therefore 4 KAMD 50 ml = 1600 Business Points

EXECUTIVE (2000/2000 -- 15% of Business Point Value)
For EXECUTIVE you have to made self repurchase of 2000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 2000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming EXECUTIVE if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 15% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 5% of Business Point Value (15-10 %)
For Example =
 On Becoming EXECUTIVE One made self repurchase of 5000  Business Point then he /she will get  15 % of Total 5000 business Point =  Rs 750/-
if repurchase is in  down line of 5000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 5 % of Total 5000 business Point =  Rs 250/-.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE (20000/20000 -- 20% of Business Point Value)
For SENIOR EXECUTIVE you have to made self repurchase of 20000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 20000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming SENIOR EXECUTIVE if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 20% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 10% of Business Point Value (20-10 %)
For Example =
 On Becoming SENIOR EXECUTIVE One made self repurchase of 5000  Business Point then he /she will get  20 % of Total 5000 business Point =  Rs 1000/-
if repurchase is in  down line of 5000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 10 % of Total 5000 business Point =  Rs 500/-.

DEPUTY MANAGER (40,000/40,000 -- 25% of Business Point Value)
For DEPUTY MANAGER you have to made self repurchase of 40000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 40000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming DEPUTY MANAGER if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 25% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 15% of Business Point Value (25-10 %)
For Example =
 On Becoming DEPUTY MANAGER One made self repurchase of 10000  Business Point then he /she will get  25 % of Total 10000 business Point =  Rs 2500/-
if repurchase is in  down line of 10000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 15 % of Total 10000 business Point =  Rs 1500/-.

MANAGER (80,000/80,000 -- 30% of Business Point Value)
For MANAGER you have to made self repurchase of 80000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 80000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming MANAGER if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 30% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 20% of Business Point Value (30-10 %)
For Example =
 On Becoming MANAGER One made self repurchase of 15000  Business Point then he /she will get  30 % of Total 15000 business Point =  Rs 4500/-
if repurchase is in  down line of 15000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 20 % of Total 15000 business Point =  Rs 3000/-.

SENIOR MANAGER (1,60,000/1,60,000 -- 35% of Business Point Value)
For SENIOR MANAGER you have to made self repurchase of 160000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 160000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming SENIOR MANAGER if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 35% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 25% of Business Point Value (35-10 %)
For Example =
 On Becoming SENIOR MANAGER One made self repurchase of 15000  Business Point then he /she will get  35 % of Total 15000 business Point =  Rs 5250/-
if repurchase is in  down line of 15000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 25 % of Total 15000 business Point =  Rs 3750/-.

GENERAL MANAGER (3,20,000/3,20,000 -- 40% of Business Point Value)
For GENERAL MANAGER you have to made self repurchase of 320000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 320000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming GENERAL MANAGER if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 40% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 30% of Business Point Value (40-10 %)
For Example =
 On Becoming GENERAL MANAGER One made self repurchase of 40000  Business Point then he /she will get  40 % of Total 40000 business Point =  Rs 16000/-
if repurchase is in  down line of 40000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 30 % of Total 40000 business Point =  Rs 12000/-.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR (6,40,000/6,40,000 -- 45% of Business Point Value)
For DEPUTY DIRECTOR you have to made self repurchase of 640000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 640000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming DEPUTY DIRECTOR if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 45% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 35% of Business Point Value (45-10 %)
For Example =
 On Becoming DEPUTY DIRECTOR One made self repurchase of 80000  Business Point then he /she will get  45 % of Total 80000 business Point =  Rs 36000/-
if repurchase is in  down line of 80000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 35 % of Total 80000 business Point =  Rs 28000/-.

DIRECTOR (12,80,000/12,80,000 -- 50% of Business Point Value)
For DIRECTOR you have to made self repurchase of 1280000 Business Point on his/her One Direct Sponsor Leg and 1280000 Business Point in all other Legs.
After Becoming DIRECTOR if Person makes self repurchase then he Person will get Income of 50% of Business Point.
And if repurchase is in down line then he/she will get 40% of Business Point (50-10 %)
For Example =
  On Becoming DIRECTOR One made self repurchase of 500000 Business Point then he /she will get 50 % of Total 500000 business Point = Rs 250000/- if repurchase is in down line of 500000 Business Point in any then he /she will get 40 % of Total 500000 business Point = Rs 200000/-.

Every distributor to Achieve Maximum Income He or She Will Have to Make Maximum Sponsor There These Will Be Carry Forward To Next Month. These Are Life Time Rewards One Who Achieve This Target Will Get the Income of His Current Level And Share From The Previous Achieved Level.

3) Royalty Club : -     (8% of Business Point Value )
After Becoming Executive ,one who make in his down line 10000 Business Point in his one Direct Sponsor Leg and 10000 Business Point in all other Leg will Become the member of This Club. distributor will get 8% of Business Point Value from total Turnover of Company. This will be distributed among all the achievers of this club.
For Example If After Becoming Executive ,a distributor make in his down line 10000 Business Point in One Sponsor leg And total 10000 Business Point all other  Sponsor Leg . Total Company Turnover of 500000 Lac Business Point and the No of Achievers are 4 then each distributor will get Rs 10000/- Income Distribution of Royalty Club is as Follows :-  Total Turnover of Company  X 8% / 4  = 10000/-  per distributor

4) Star Club : -     (2% of Business Point value )

- One who create 2 EXECUTIVE under his/her 2 different leg get EXECUTIVE 1 and minimum 50000 Business Point compulsory in your One Direct Sponsor Leg and Minimum 50000 Business Point Compulsory from all other Direct Sponsor leg


For Example- If Company  Sale Is 2000000 Business  Point And The No Of Achievers Are 2 Then The Distribution Is As Follows :-

Star Club Distribution is = (2000000 * 2%)/2 = 20000/- will be Distributed among the achievers

5) Foreign Tour Club: -     (2% of Business Point value )
one who create -2 DEPUTY MANAGER under his/her 2 different leg minimum 100000 Business Point purchase compulsory in your One Direct Leg and Minimum 100000 Business Point Compulsory from all other Direct Sponsor leg

FOR EXAMPLE :- IF COMPANY SALE IS 4000000 B.P PURCHASE POINT AND THE NO OF ACHIEVERS ARE 2 THEN THE DISTRIBUTION IS AS FOLLOWS :-
  CLUB DISTRIBUTION IS = (4000000 * 2% )/2 = 40000/- will be distributed among the two achievers

 

6) Car Club: -     (2% of Business Point value )
one who create - 2 SENIOR MANAGER under his/her 2 different leg and minimum 150000 Business Point purchase compulsory in your One Direct Sponsor Leg and Minimum 150000 Business Point Compulsory from all other Direct Sponsor leg.

Distribution =(Total Business point Purchase Point of Company x 2%) / No. of Achievers FOR EXAMPLE:- IF COMPANY SALE IS 6000000 Business POINT AND THE NO OF ACHIEVERS ARE 2 THEN THE DISTRIBUTION IS AS FOLLOWS :-
  CAR CLUB DISTRIBUTION IS = (6000000 * 2%) /2 = 60000/- will be distributed among the two achievers
 

 7) House Club : -     (2% of Business Point value )
one who create   2 GENERAL MANAGER under his/her 2 different leg minimum 200000 Business Point purchase compulsory in your One Direct Sponsor Leg and Minimum 200000 Business Point Compulsory from all other Direct Sponsor leg.
FOR EXAMPLE :- IF COMPANY SALE IS 8000000 Business PURCHASE POINT AND THE NO OF ACHIEVERS ARE 2 THEN THE DISTRIBUTION IS AS FOLLOWS :-
House Club Distribution Is = 80,00,000 * 2% = 160000 /- will be distributed among the two achievers

8) Director Club : -     (6% of Business Point Value )
On Becoming Director ,one who make in his down line 100000 Business Point in his one Direct Sponsor Leg and 100000 Business Point in all other Leg will Become the member of This Club. distributor will get 6% of Business Point Value from total Turnover of Company. For better understanding please check example of President club.

9) President Club :-     (8 % of Business Point Value)
If a distributor Becomes Director , and he also has one director in his down, from any leg (power or weaker ) , then he will enter in this club. But to get the payout of this club, he will have to make repurchase of 2 Lac Business Point from his Power Sponsor Leg and 2 Lac Business Point from this weaker Sponsor Leg. To, Enter in this club , One Director is required in your down. If you are a director , and you making repurchase of 2 Business Point in your power and 2 Lac Business Point from your weaker Sponsor Leg but there is no Director in your Down then you will not be Eligible for this club Income. 8% of company Turnover is divided among all the achievers and each distributor will get the income according to the total business point of this id.
Suppose : there are 5 person, A,B,C,D,E . PERSON “E” has no director in their down but he has made the repurchase of 5 Lac Business Point in their Power and Weaker Sponsor Leg. But due to no director in their down , Mr. “E” will not enter in this club.
Rest Mr . A,B,C,D will enter in this club and because they have at least One Director in their Down.

Let Company Turnover is 1 Crore and 8% will be distributor in this Club then amount that will be distributor in this club = 800000/- ( Eight Lakh ) Now Eight Lakh Will be Distributed to A,B,C,D is as Follows
President Club Distribution Ratio = Total Amount Distributed in this club/Total Business Point of President Club
Here Amount for Distribution is – Rs 800000/- and Total Business Point of President Club = 17500000/-
President Club Distribution Ratio = 800000/17500000=.04571429
Now Each Person Will Get .04571429 of Business Point. We will Multiple the .04571429 to Business Point of Each person

10) CHAIRMAN CLUB: -     (2% of Business Point value )

One who Make 2 Director in his/her 2 different Direct Sponsor leg will enter in this Club and minimum 500000 Business Point purchase compulsory in your One Direct Sponsor Leg and Minimum 500000 Business Point Compulsory from all other Direct Sponsor leg

And a person will have to maintain total 12000000/- Business Point from 1 April to 31 March in to grab this income. Here 12000000 Business Point Means 6000000 Business Point in your One Direct Sponsor Leg and 6000000 Business Point in your all other Direct Sponsor Leg from April to March.
Now the distribution is if the person has achieved he will get 2% of B.P value and that will be divide in all achievers.
Distribution =(Total Business Point of Company x 2%) / No. of Achievers

Example If a distributor achieved the House Club Level in the month of Oct , then he has to make total 60,00,000 Business Point in his one sponsor leg and total 60,00,000 Business Point from all the other Leg up to 31st march . Business Points are Counted from April to March

Suppose in the month of Oct a distributor has 50,00,000 Business Point in his One Direct sponsor Leg and 57,00,000 Business Point from all the other direct Sponsor Leg . Now the distributor has to make 10,00,000 Business Point in his Power Sponsor and 3,00,000 Business Point in his weaker sponsor Leg up to 31st march get the income of This level.

This is a Yearly reward and will be distributed at on the End of Financial Year 31 March of every Year.
FOR EXAMPLE:- IF COMPANY SALE IS 100 Crore Business POINT AND THE NO OF ACHIEVERS ARE 2 THEN THE DISTRIBUTION IS AS FOLLOWS :-

  Chairman Club Distribution is = 100 Crore * 2% /2 = 1 crore/- will be distributed to each achiever.
 

Note :-

  1. TDS 5% is applicable on all the above mention income as per govt. rules.
  2. If a person didn’t achieve the level in first month he can try in next month Business Point will be carry forward to next month (Except Club Income Business Point
  3. Keva Industries does not represent that a distributor will achieve Financial Success Without working or by relying solely on the efforts of others. Compensation is based upon the sale of its Products
  4. Closing will be done on monthly basis
  5. A distributor who achieves the higher level will also eligible to take the share of income from the previous level.
  6. Single Pan Single Club income is applicable on all Club Income.
