Shipping Policy :

 Order dispatch

All orders are shipped within 48 hours from the date of order between Monday – Saturday between working hours 10am – 6pm. Customers will be notified of any delay in the dispatch schedule. He will be intimated about order status from time to time. It usually takes 8-10 business/working days for the delivery of products within India

Carriers:    Company uses the following carriers to deliver the orders to you:

  1) India Post Parcel Services (Speed Post)

  2) Different courier companies

  3) Different Transport companies  (Most of the time through Delhivery for courier and transport services)

                                                                                                               Shipping Charges:

Order of MRP value of Rs. 2000 and above will be dispatched via preferred courier company to the direct seller from  Keva without any shipping charges. For orders below Rs. 2000, shipping charges will be applicable all over India.

Transit:

Direct sellers have been intimated with docket details after dispatch is done via SMS or Mail. For North Eastern states, the estimated delivery period will be of 7-10 business days and for the rest of India, the estimated delivery period will be of 5-7 business  days but may vary depending on circumstances
