Product Exchange Policy

Keva offers exchange of Products in case of Receipt of damaged/defective goods

  1. In case a customer receives damaged or defective goods, the same can be returned with a request for exchange/refund within 3 days of receiving the goods. It is advised to the direct seller / customer to refuse accepting the goods if they are damaged/spoilt at the time of delivery.
  2. The customer must mail the picture/video of the damaged goods to support@kevaindia.org in order to make the goods qualify as damaged/defective.
  3. The customer must return the good as per the Buy Back/Exchange/Refund Policy, on the fulfilment of which Exchange/refund shall be initiated.
  4. Company shall not be responsible for any damage of goods of which the request is not received within the stipulated time period.
