This privacy policy describes how Keva Kaipo Industries Pvt Ltd (hereinafter Keva) uses personal data collected or received from Keva Direct sellers. It describes how we may collect or receive your personal data, the types of personal data we may collect, how we use, share and protect these data, how long we retain these data, your rights, and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

Definitions:

Personal information : means any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such a person.

Registration: Keva collects your personal data through the registration form that you complete and send in paper form or electronically through the Keva website (the website) in order to become a Keva Direct Seller. We always collect personal information using lawful and fair means.

 

Logged in as Keva Direct Seller. If you are logged in on the website as a Keva Direct Seller, we may collect your personal data from you, for example, when you order products or services.

Contact us. You may also choose to submit your personal data and other information to us through various communication channels provided on the contact us webpage of the website, for example, Keva E-mail addresses, telephone numbers or online forms.

The Website is not intended for minors .  We do not knowingly collect personal information from  minors, and the Website is not designed to attract minors.  In the event that we learn that a minor under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us, we will delete or destroy such personal information as soon as possible.  If you believe we may have collected personal information from your ward on the website, please contact us at support@kevaindia.org or https://kevaind.org/Grievance_Cell.aspx and we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records, when required by law.

  4. Keva Direct Seller performance information (e.g. Rank, status. Group and personal qualification under the Keva Sales and Marketing Plan and payout/financial/bonus history.
  5. Product preference, purchasing habit, purchasing history and spending behavior ;
  6. Your website usage, IP- Address, browser type and operating system.

    • Assessing your performance under your Keva Business or member Registration Agreement with us;
  • In case of Keva Direct Seller, provide business performance information to you (e.g., Information on your line of sponsorship, purchase volumes, points, earned bonuses, levels of rank, your referring Keva Direct Seller or, and your upline Keva Direct Seller under the Keva Sales & Marketing Plan.
  • In Case of a Keva Direct Seller, provide your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address to Keva Direct Seller in both your immediate upline and your downline;
  • Facilitate your use of the website through the use of cookies (e.g., language preference, etc.);
  • Improve the website, including by tracking and monitoring your use of the website through the use of cookies and to problems with the software or hardware we use;
  • Perform accounting, auditing, billing and collection activities;
  • Enforce contractual terms and conditions;
  • To help direct sellers search for, communicate with and validate customers in our systems.
  • Protect against and prevent fraud, unauthorized transaction; claims and other liabilities; and
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards and our policies.
  • If you choose not to provide your personal data or withdraw consent in writing subsequently, we may not be able to provide the above service and reserve the right to terminate the Keva Direct Seller contract with you.
  • The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, and application version number. We also collect information about the interaction of your applications, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.
  • We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, we may send you a notification if we detect suspicious activity, like an attempt to sign in to your Keva Account from an unusual location. Or we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services. And if you contact Keva, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing.

Intended Recipients of Personal Data

Keva does not sell, rent or trend or publish your personal and sensitive data except as required by law. Keva may share your personal and sensitive data only with:

- Entities within the Keva group to whom it is reasonably necessary or reasonable for Keva to disclose personal and sensitive data. - to service providers, intermediaries, aides and agents who help Keva in providing services to You, e.g.: logistic partners, packaging partners, warehouses, banks, payment gateways.   • With Keva Direct Sellers in your upline or downline organization, to support your business and /or allow communication regarding product advice, ordering advice and product information for the products that you order from Keva;

 

  • However, Keva shall not share the following information with its Direct Sellers:
    • Addresses that you shared to place order
    • Any complaints that you may have made against the direct seller/s
    • Age of the purchaser, if registered by the Website

 

  • Keva may share your feedback and suggestions with the management and concerned department for the purpose of improving our services. It may also be shared with third parties who may be providing service to Keva.
  • Any personal data collected by Linked Sites is not within the domain of Keva to monitor and its sharing is not within the supervision of Keva.
  • Any personal data collected by Kevadeals.com may be shared to enhance the customer experience on the website. It will be shared internally or may be shared with third parties who are helping us in enhancing customer experience on the website.

All data will be protected as per the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 and as per the Direct Selling Rules 2021 issued by Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.

 By signing the Keva Direct seller contract, you acknowledge acceptance of this Privacy Policy in effect at the times of use.
